How to leave, and what comes back.

The short version

Monthly plans: cancel any time with 30 days' notice, no exit fee. Annual plans: committed for the year. Setup: refunded in full if you cancel before we start work on your deployment.

Anything we charged by mistake, or charged twice, is refunded in full. Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 7 working days of approval.

The one-time setup fee

Setup is ₹4,999, paid once. It pays for the work of deploying your system: loading your rate card, services, service areas and team onto your WhatsApp number.

If you cancel before that work starts, we refund the setup fee in full. Once we have started loading your details, the work is being done for you alone and the fee is not refundable.

Setup is currently waived on every plan, so there is no setup fee to refund.

Monthly plans

A monthly plan is billed each month in advance. You can cancel at any time by giving 30 days' notice, and the plan keeps running until that notice runs out.

We do not refund a month that has already been billed, or part of one. There is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.

Annual plans

An annual plan commits you to twelve months at a lower rate than monthly billing, invoiced each month in advance. That lower rate is the trade for the commitment.

So the remaining monthly invoices of the term stay due, and we do not refund the unused part of a year paid in advance. You can cancel from the end of the term with 30 days' notice, and nothing renews after that.

When we end it

If we end your agreement for any reason other than non-payment or misuse, we refund the unused part of everything you paid in advance — monthly or annual.

Mistakes on our side

A duplicate charge, a charge for the wrong plan, or any amount we billed in error is refunded in full as soon as either side spots it. You do not have to cancel anything to get it back.

The lifetime buyout

A buyout is its own written agreement, and its refund terms are the ones written into it. This page does not change them.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 77382 87831, or email nirvanfernandes17@gmail.com, from the number or address on your account. Tell us your business name and, for a refund, the invoice it is about.

We confirm every cancellation in writing. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

On the way out you get an export of your data at no charge, whatever the reason you are leaving.

How the service is delivered
